Everything is great. Very nice rooms, delicious food. The only downside was the too stiff staff, who couldn't give a bathrobe for my wife's birthday, for which we came here especially for it. In the end, they couldn't even sell it to us. And apparently the customer is king. ;P

I will also add that the service is very professional. There are no problems here, only there are issues that the staff solves efficiently and quickly.

The hotel is very nice, in a good location, luxurious, very good food and drinks, I am a football fan, so when I found out that the Polish national team slept in the same hotel where I sleep during Euro 2012, I was very happy with the rooms, very nice, large, soft beds. I also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, dessert and the dinner itself was also very good.

A nice hotel with a very good location in many respects. The hotel is beautifully located on the Oder River, when I woke up in the morning the view from the window made me want to get up. Nearby, almost right next to the hotel, there is a tram stop, so the transport connection is very good. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works flawlessly, and the teas are waiting in the room by the kettle. I would add a green one. Delicious breakfasts, a selection of cold and cold dishes is sufficient, you can also make tasty waffles on a regular basis. Very nice bar and reception staff. I will be happy to come back here and recommend it!

Everything was thoroughly cleaned, a great hotel. Friendly service and very efficient. Being in Wrocław, I will definitely go back there. Very varied breakfasts. Everyone will choose something. Everything is fresh and served in an appetizing way. A unique hotel, located in the heart of the city of Wrocław, worth recommending. No problem with parking, there were always plenty of spaces.

The HP Park Plaza Hotel is great in every respect. Location in Wroclaw perfect! We will definitely come back there again.

Whenever I come with a group, I get a room before renovation. But. Exemplary service, delicious breakfast and dishes from the restaurant as well. Cool place and atmosphere. You can drink your morning coffee on the terrace by the water. Recommend

Very good location - you can even visit Ostrów Tumski from the window of the room ;) It is also close to the Old Town and the famous Wrocław Market Square. One of the dwarfs - Plazuś - greets you at the door of the hotel. Intimate breakfasts, tasty and beautifully served. Cleaning is provided every day and the rooms are very comfortable. Great atmosphere, friendly service, it was worth coming here.

The hotel is a mockery.

Places additionally overlook the river. He gets a view of a tree. Honestly, even the best room that I would get as compensation without a view would not satisfy me. Why. I just don't like fooling people. The tree did not grow yesterday.

I do not recommend it. I will definitely never visit.

A hotel in a good place. The service is sensational, helpful and polite. Thank you, Mr. Kamil! As for the rooms and equipment as in other ratings - poor cosmetics, hard soap bottles. Poor hotel set, or actually none. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are asking for renovation. For this reason, 4*. True, parking is expensive, but in the room there was a great wine waiting for me for 49 PLN and delicious carpaccio I ordered 2x with delivery to the room :)

Great location of the hotel, the house and the rooms are clean and tidy, modern décor.

The breakfast could be a bit better , didn't do the house justice. Everything was there, but I have experienced much better elsewhere.

The coffee from the vending machines was terrible.

Excellent service, top breakfast buffet, near by city , great river view. Very good idea the carafes in room and the fresh water point bear the elevator. Only 1 critic point: the toilet seats are very low, bit uncomfortable for tall people with limited mobility.

The room is clean with a beautiful view of the Oder River from the 6th floor.

It's great that you have photos of wonderful, large rooms with huge beds and windows on your booking, and when you pick up your card and enter your room, you feel like you're in a roadside, cheap motel between Lichen and Wilanów. Two microscopic beds with one tiny pillow and a hard, spring-loaded mattress, and enough space in the room to undress and get into bed. Not bad HP Park Plaza Hotel, this time you succeeded.

You are indeed right, apparently my mistake. It was the first time I used booking. Therefore, I change my assessment. The 3 stars come from the fact that, as I wrote above - a narrow spring mattress combined with a small pillow unfortunately does not herald a good night. The rest is fine.

A large parking lot right next to the hotel, no problem with parking. My room was very pleasant, large and thoroughly cleaned. Close to the center of Wroclaw and the city's biggest attractions.
